Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 25ph9 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25ph9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login or transactions. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 25ph9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

25ph9 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.
25ph9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine pesos). 25ph9 does not charge fees on standard deposits made via GCash or Maya. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to fees imposed by the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day during standard Philippine banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals in USDT TRC20 are processed within two (2) hours. 25ph9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend processing times.
Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified 25ph9 account identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Balances derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
25ph9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
25ph9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the account to which they were issued. Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, creation of multiple accounts, or coordinated betting patterns — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
All games offered on 25ph9 utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure during a game round, 25ph9 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 25ph9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 25ph9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The foregoing limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from 25ph9's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The 25ph9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
25ph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) 25ph9 is required to do so by PAGCOR directive or applicable law; (c) 25ph9 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity; or (d) the player's account has remained inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon account closure for cause, 25ph9 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. Real money balances not derived from bonus funds will be refunded to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting 25ph9 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests or outstanding verification requirements.
25ph9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 25ph9 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 25ph9 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
